Membership is open to faculty, staff, and alumni at Rutgers, UMDNJ, and the New Brunswick Theological Seminary. Current students are not eligible.

Bonded Membership Rates (2024):

  • - Couple - $595 (includes a single parent with one child),
  • - Family - $795 (includes adult partners, spouses and children residing in their home).

DEADLINE REMINDERS:

MAY 17, 2024 to sign up and provide payment

AVOID LATE FEES:
USAI relies on timely payment to start the season. Please pay on time and avoid being charged (OR having the fee taken from your bond)

INACTIVE STATUS:
$50. If you would like to skip a year of membership, please register as Inactive and provide the $50 fee by May 17, 2024. (Avoid these charges and additional late fee being deducted from your bond)

Swim Lessons

Individual lessons (for children and adults) are available at a cost $40/half hour. Lessons are by arrangement with individual swim instructors, but must be scheduled through USAI. A list of instructors will be available on the Bulletin Board. 

Group Swim Lessons for Children: There will be two sessons offered this summer (July 11-29th and August 1-19). Group lessons will take place from 8-8:45am twice a week (6 lessons total) and are grouped according to swim ability.  Cost of lessons is $150/session per child. Further details will be posted on the website (usaipool.org) and on the Bulletin Board. 

Adult Competitive Swim

Adult Competitive Swim: Sunday morning, 9-10am July 10-August 14 (6 weeks). Stroke improvement and Competitive Swimming for adults. Cost TBD.

Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics: Thursday evening 6-7pm. Cost TBD.

SWIM TEAM

We have a wonderful swim team for our members ages 18 and under.  The swim team provides a great opportunity for our younger members to improve their swimming while working on individual accomplishments and team spirit.
